Bob!

I love a lot about the Olympics. One VERY big reason is that it brings Bob Costas into my life every night for 17 straight days.

I. Love. Bob!

I was so sad when an eye infection kept him on the bench for several nights in Sochi in 2014. There's just something about him bringing me the Olympic primetime coverage that makes the whole viewing experience perfect. Not to mention the fact that he's a great journalist.

There's a great profile of him in the Washington Post from today that puts it best, "Bob: the steadying force, the moderator of mayhem, the synthesizer of sensory overload."

Fingers crossed he stays in good health in Rio and I can count on him for many more Olympic games to come!
